Terms

These terms are between you and INSURASAFE, LLC (“Upkeep”, “we”). By starting a membership you agree to them.

What the membership includes

• 2 visits a month, up to 2 hours of work
• Seasonal checks: furnace filter, smoke detectors, water heater
• No labor charge on furnace and water heater repairs
• Member pricing on bigger jobs
• Cancel anytime

Visits and hours

Each month includes up to 2 hours of work, spread across 2 visits. Unused time doesn't roll over to the next month.

Work beyond your hours

Work beyond your included hours, and bigger jobs, are billed at member pricing.

Furnace and water heater repairs

We don't charge for labor on furnace and water heater repairs when two things are true: we serviced that system on an earlier visit, and you've been a member for at least 60 days.

Parts

You pay for parts and materials, including on repairs where labor is free.

Service area

We serve homes in and around Topeka, Kansas. We can't offer a membership for homes outside that area.

Billing

Your membership is billed monthly through our checkout provider.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@upkeep.city. Cancelling stops future charges.

If your home isn't a good fit after your first visit, cancel within 30 days of signing up and we'll refund what you paid.

Not insurance or a warranty

Upkeep is a home maintenance service. It isn't insurance or a home warranty, and it doesn't cover the cost of replacing systems or appliances.

Text messages

When you sign up you agree to get texts from Upkeep about your membership and visits, like scheduling, reminders and updates. If you join the waitlist or ask for a custom price, you agree to get texts about that request.

• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
