This explains what INSURASAFE, LLC (“Upkeep”, “we”) collects through upkeep.city and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your address
• Details about your home from public property records, like its size, age, bathrooms and stories
• Your name, email and mobile phone number
• A scrambled version of your IP address, used only to stop abuse

Why we collect it

We use your address and home details to build your monthly price. We use your name, email and phone to set up your membership, schedule visits, and text or email you about them. If you join the waitlist, we use your number to tell you when we reach your area.

Service providers

We use service providers to look up property records and drive times, to run checkout and payments, and to send texts and emails. They only get what they need to do that work for us.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
